Tuesdays nights will now see Pontllanfraith train at the new Sporting Centre for Excellence in Ystrad Mynach.
The £6.8million Newport Gwent Dragons training base opened earlier this year and Pontllanfraith will look to make the most of the great training facilities the centre has the offer.
First session will be tomorrow at 6.30pm, new players very welcome.
