A new season, a new coaching setup and a new league has saw many former Pontllanfraith players decide to make their way back home to Pont along with numerous fresh faces. Results didn't go our way last year, so with some old blood and fresh faces, competition for places should be intense and hopefully a turnaround in results will follow.
Among these in two time Players' Player of the year Tom Haddock. After two years at Oakdale and Blackwood Stars, Tom returns with more experiece and will look to continue where he left off.
Also returing will be Andrew Deneen who will take up the role of Skills/Conditioning coach.
