Pontllanfraith Pre Season Training starts tonight, July 5th at 6.30pm at our club house on Tram Road, Pontllanfraith, NP12 2JF.
All players, new and old are welcome as we look to build towards a strong season, bring your boots AND your trainers.
Also, this season's provisional league has been announced and pending any changes Pontllanfraith will again be in Division 3c East along with:
