Pontllanfraith secured their second league win in row after a gutsy performance againt New Panteg. Tries either side of half time saw Pont take a 14-0 lead, but after injuries to Mark Counsell, Craig Williams and Jonathan Jones New Panteg finished strongly scoring two tries late on but Pontllanfraith's conversions proved to be the difference.
